PCB Supply

We offer a comprehensive PCB manufacturing service with a wide range of materials and options. We can manufacture from 1 to 16 layers and offer rigid, flexible or metal base PCB boards. We have quality certifications including US UL, Canada UK, TSUK, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.

We also offer a quick turn PCB service with orders turned around in as little as 3 days.

Programming & Reeling

At AA Manufacturing’s plant in Hemel Hempstead, the company also houses one of the UK’s largest IC programming facilities with the latest BP Microsystems' device programming and laser marking equipment. Taping and reeling services are also available at the same location – all carried out by highly-experienced operators

Uniquely for a contract manufacturer, AA Manufacturing holds £5M worth of IC inventory, helping to avoid chip shortages. It also has a sister company that has franchise agreements with leading component makers, and is also highly experienced in finding parts through other reputable sources.

PCN & EOL Purchasing Support

Our seven-strong purchasing team will pro-actively manage the supply chain throughout your PCBA build so you don’t have to. We avoid component outages, advise and document any Product Change Notifications and work to mitigate end-of-life and component obsolescence issues.

Excess Materials Policy

We will purchase your excess inventory held by your previous CEM or yourselves and use when you transfer your PCBA project to us.
